Team battle?!?!?!?!?!

Heard theres gonna be a four man team battle that you can do by yourself. So I been wondering who some more experienced players would pick. Would you go solo or partner up with someone else whose character you admire?

Mine personally would be...

Ken - hes just been my favorite since the start.
Balrog - A powerhouse thats pretty quick too I mess with balrog.
E.Honda - In my eyes he can beat close to every character that doesnt have a projectile and he got the hands.
Gouken - I just love the whole shoto that cant spam shouryuuken.

i dont think the team battle is like SNK,MvC, etc, just 4 online players in a team..

What Shoor said. Also, I think 4 man team battles means 2 per team. You probably won't be able to switch out or anything, but it will still be a whole lot of fun.

I'm looking forward to more info on this feature.

ya it's 2vs2, and it's like offline sf4 team tourneys (as in not tag team).

I know its not a marvel vs capcom team battle but I heard that it was 4 man teams. I hate being out the loop

yeah, it's like the Japanese team battle system they use in Arcades. Player A and B on one team. Player X and Y on the other. A fights X. If A wins, A fights Y. The other players just watch if they're not fighting.

Are you sure its just 2vs2? The one trailer for SSF4 with the new modes clearly showed a 4 on 4 match up based on GP or BP.

Either way, I think it would be awesome. Just as long as they did something about the major lag issues SF4 currently has. Hopefully bullshit like that doesn't transition so much into SSF4 Team battles. [Not that I don't understand that the concept of lag is unavoidable] It would just be better.

My theory is SSF4 will be as laggy as SF4 for pc.
