Double Hit Regular Flying Barcelona Attack
So im new to the thread and this may be answered already somewhere but i cant find it on the net... My buddy n i were playing vega vs vega, every time he did the flying barcelona attack instead of him just hitting once by spreading his arms out to each side, he would stab his claw downwards (like his barcelona SUPER attack) after connecting the first shot. Does any 1 know how to pull this move off or was i just seeing things?

it's definitely not the regular barcelona attack - it is an EX version that has the possibility of a 2 hit attack
first comes the downward claw attack and then Vega spreads his arms for the second hit - it works great for people who overuse FADC and are not quick enough with it
